3 Businesses You Can Start Today For FREE

One of the hardest parts about starting a business is figuring out what you should invest your time into for a great return. The other reason people don't start is because of money (or lack thereof).

Well, I have seen many different business models in my life. Incredibly enough, some do not require any money whatsoever to begin. Here they are:

1. Affiliate links

Affiliate links are great if you do not want to be labeled a salesman. All you are doing is guiding people from the investigative stage and directing them to the actual seller. If they buy something via the links you provide, then you make some money. It's a great way to earn a little extra money, but if you do it right you can make some great passive income in the long run.

See what I mean :)

2. Ebay your old stuff!

Do you have any old toys, clothes, furniture around the house? Put it on Ebay or Craigslist. You can even start going to flea markets (a favorite Sunday event of mine) and begin to start collecting items to sell on those websites. Be careful, you might begin to fall in love with thrift shopping. If you see anything good, please save it for me!

3. Provide a Service

This is my favorite type of business. It costs no money, it can always get better, and guess what? The product is YOU! This means whatever you are good at, whatever is in your DNA, and whatever you love to do, can be turned into an income generator.

  • Do you like paint? Offer a painting of someone's dog.

  • Do you have a knack for fashion? Offer to style someone for the holidays.

  • Do you love dogs? Offer a dog walking service for the elderly.

You see, business isn't that hard. But, if you want to get wealthy from it, then you might have to have a different strategy. The truth is that you want multiple income streams. First, get an income stream that you want in your life for a very long time. Next, take that money and do two things with it: 1) Save for expenses 2) Invest into a new avenue for another income stream (i.e. real estate). Then, keep doing this over and over.

However, it all comes back to that FIRST income stream. Get that right, then everything else will be all gravy. Speaking of gravy, did you see that awesome squeegee?
